DirectAccess is a key feature included with the Forefront Unified Access Gateway. DirectAccess allows you users to be “always connected from anywhere” and provides a native corpnet experience regardless of the user’s location. It’s the VPN experience that we always wished we had, and now we can do it, without the user having to create an actual VPN connection.

While people are very excited about DirectAccess and to included productivity its sure to make possible, admins are a little uneasy about it, because it includes a lot of new technologies and they have a lot of questions they want answered before making the commitment to learning and deploying DirectAccess.
