I hate when it happens – when my TMG Data Packager doesn’t start. The TMG Data Packager is a method that you can use to collect all sort of interesting information about the TMG firewall and the environment in which the TMG firewall lives in so that you can send it to Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) for analysis.

The Data Packager is actually part of the ISA Server Best Practices Analyzer. OK, I know that it should be called the TMG Best Practices Analyzer by now, but who’s counting?
