Troubleshooting “Primary CSS down” scenario

image “This article deals with providing a recovery plan in the event that the Primary CSS database gets corrupted or otherwise unavailable. The article will discuss the scenario where we have a replica (backup) CSS acting as alternate CSS server in the deployment as shown in Figure 1.
