While searching for stuff to read this weekend, I happened upon this little nugget — the ISA Server Operations Guide. This is a great read as it fills a gap that we have here on ISAserver.org. We spend most of our time giving you advice and guidance on how to get things up and running and how to troubleshoot problems, but not so much time in the regular operations and maintainence of your ISA firewall.
