My current knowledge says me that Groove is another mess for ISA server admin like MSN Messenger (or any other app that requires UPnP) and Skype (or any other proprietary communications stack). Whether it is just another tcp socket(s) or some http(s) tunneling, either way this would be painful headache for secure configuring and administering without corresponding app filter for ISA server.
