ISA Server 2004 Service Pack 3 - Rollback failure and Temporary resolution
Some people have mentioned problems with installing Service Pack 3 on the ISA 2004 Firewall. If you’re one of these people, you should check out this article https://blogs.technet.com/isablog/archive/2007/05/...n.aspx on the ISA Server Product Team Blog.
Jim Harrison provides you a couple of options on how to get Service Pack 3 installed in the event your install failed.

Hi there,
I need some help solving a 500 internal server error message. I applied SP3 for ISA2004 and all went well, no problems installing the patch.
However, how my OWA is not working - I get the 500 error with error 1359
has anyone else having this problem?
feel free to email me at michel@emaillook.com with any ideas. solutions…
thanks,
Michel.

Hi Michel,
There was some information about needing to recreate your OWA rules if you’re publishing Exchange 2007.

Hi Tom,
I am using Exchange2003.
The problem I was facing is documented in KB912122. I applied the VB code and my OWA is working again.
Michel.
