Every now and then someone asks me for the Word .doc version of an article or article series I’ve done on ISAserver.org. In general, I don’t provide these docs as the articles on the site have a Print View button that allows you to create a printer friendly version of the doc that’s on the site.

Is their any value to putting up Word .docs of the articles on the Web site? What would you get out of this if we decided to put them up? Are their problems with the print function on this site that we need to fix?
