					<description>I downloaded the above and followed the instructions in the provided word document (i.e. copy the two XML and the dll to the assigned location). I had to create the BIN folder because it didn't exist and there wasn't any existing version of the two XML files to back up. When I walk through the wizard, it only lists ISA2004 and not the expected ISA2006. Is there some additional step that I need to make to get it to work?
