					<description>I'm curious what you mean by 'released' since kb 916106 still instructs customers to call PSS, and there's no way I'm going to pay international rates to wait on hold, plus risk being charged an incident fee.  Why does Microsoft have to make this so difficult?  What keeps this hotfix from showing up in WSUS, for instance?</description>
