Web Publising Errors on Accented Words

In an ISAserver.org Web boards post at: http://forums.isaserver.org/Problem_whit_Accented_...tm.htm the question came up regarding Web Publishing errors related to accented words. You can fix this problem by removing the checkmark from the Block high bit characters checkbox.
