Jim Harrison Updates ISAInfo Tools to v.19
Due to some incompatibilities between script and HTA versions (mostly due to XML parsing issues), Ive added version persistence for the script and version checking for the HTA.
If the XML wasnt created with a current version of the script, the HTA will try to clean up some of the identified XML parsing issues discovered in recent months.
It will not change the XML file contents on disk only the data read into memory.
